I have been drinking Shakeology since 2015 and I still LOVE IT!!! Let me count the ways…..
Shakeology- Why I Love It and How To Get Some
1- I love how it curbs my cravings for sweets and desserts. I have a recipe that I absolutely LOVE with peanut butter and banana thrown in. I drink it EVERY! SINGLE! DAY!
2- I love that I am getting dense nutrition from superfoods around the world…not just common fruits and vegetables. I also appreciate the fact that these superfoods aren’t just fruits that will sweeten up the shake and take my sugar intake through the roof! Nope….that’s not Shakeology!! 3- Shakeology has natural diuretics that help me lose the excess water weight and it’s fiber rich so I get my digestive track moving. It’s highly likely that a person who starts Shakeology could lose about 5 or so pounds simply by getting toxic waste out of their bodies. That is a great way to lose those extra pounds and kickstart any weight loss program, wouldn’t you say?
4- I love that I got started on Shakeology with what’s called a Total Solution Pack. In addition to your Shakeology, you get an entire library of workouts! (It’s kinda like the Netflix version of variety!!) There is something for the entire family! Weight lifting, cardio, dance, ballet inspired, yoga, MMA inspired, boxing, running, biking, workouts for kids!!! The list goes on ad on and on!!! 5- I love the integrity of Shakeology! There is nothing out there like it!! This video will explain it better than I can. I just know that my heart grew bigger knowing that I was giving my family something that was tested and proven to be beneficial for their health, And I can represent a company that goes the extra MILES (literally) to ensure the integrity of their products. Watch this and prepare to be fascinated!
