Did someone say R U N???!!!

Oh if you would have told me I would be raising my hand to sign up for a running program I would have said, “NO WAY!! Not me. I don’t like to run.”

And then…..I actually EARNED a spot in my fitness business to actually be a part of the TEST GROUP!!! What???!!! What an honor, right?! Well, even though I achieved my business goals and earned my spot, I was so very very nervous to commit to something I truly thought I would not like and something I honestly did not think I could do.

It was my teenage daughter who encouraged me to do something new; something different. She said, “Mom, you will be so proud of yourself for doing something you have never tried before.” Even though I had run a teeeeeeny tiny bit in my past, I had never done a program like the newest Beachbody workout program called 30 DAY BREAKAWAY.

30 Day Breakaway is Beachbody’s first program to combine body-sculpting strength training with the fat-burning power of running as a super-effective approach that helps you get more results in less time…and an unbelievable transformation at the 5K finish line!!

This program has audio options to take your runs outside so you can pop on your headphones and break away from being indoors. When you can’t get outside, Idalis leads you through video-based runs set against beautiful backdrops that you can do on your treadmill—she even includes a Rainy Day Cardio routine in case getting outdoors or running indoors isn’t an option. And every workout is originally recorded in both English and Spanish, so you can workout and run in your preferred language (French dubbing also available).

I have never seen my body take shape so quickly! What stood out to me mostly were thinner legs and ripped obliques! The running part helped me to shred the pounds while the weight lifting part gave me lean yet strong muscles.

What Equipment Is Required for 30 Day Breakaway?

You’ll need light, medium, and heavy dumbbells, Beachbody Resistance Loops (to increase intensity), a foam roller for muscle recovery, and a good pair of running shoes.
