Burgers on a healthy meal plan??? YOU BETTER BELIEVE IT!!!!

I love the meal plan I’m on because I get to have anything I want…..as long as I understand how and when to eat it!

Our bodies NEED lots of variety when it comes to food. We need proteins, veggies, fruit, healthy fats, and yes, even carbs! We need to fuel our bodies so they function at tip top capacity! Who wants to go around feeling tired and lethargic all the time from poor nutrition? Not me!

On my meal plan, I am eating constantly because my body has clicked into gear of metabolizing what I feed it. I do work out so that causes me to burn more calories and fuel so I get to eat more to replenish what it burns.

Take a look at one of my sample weekly meal plans. Notice how I make things easier on myself by eating leftovers. I also curb those sweet tooth cravings by drinking a nutritious SUPERFOODS shake. As you can see, my meal plan is simple but the key is making sure I get ALL of the food groups in in proper proportions. Every single food group matters to having a healthy body. I want to FEEL good as well as feel confident in how I look. I want energy and vitality. I want to be able to run and play and have a certain PEP in my step!!! it feels GOOD to feel GOOD!!!

Eating a healthy diet does not have to be complicated. We just need a little guidance in what our bodes need and how much. That’s why I use a meal plan that comes with portion control containers and a guide on how much I need of each food group. I don’t have to count macros or read calorie labels because that’s already been dome for me in this plan. I simply keep track of how many containers I have eaten in a day and I make sure I get my shake in when those cravings start hitting in the afternoon.
